The new season of the "Culinary dinners in Lipsky" project was opened by the dinner from Marco Iachetta – the Italian masterchef.

This evening, "Lipsky Osobnyak" reminded Italy – lively, bustling, fun-loving, extremely hospitable and incredibly tasty, full of tinkling glasses and light live music.
Michael Don, with the participation of two masterchefs – Marco Iachetta and George Sharuev ("Lipsky Osobnyak") – inaugurated the gourmet evening, and the first course was served a refreshing tartare of tomatoes, strawberries and avocado with coriander and sorbet of olive oil and tomatoes.
In his author's menu Marco Yaketta this time combined boldly the traditions of Italian, Thai and Slavic cuisine: for example, tuna marinated a la Thai was served with tortellini with beets, stuffed with cream and Grana Padano cheese with sour cream and botargo.
The special charm of the atmosphere was filled by the guests’ communication with Marco who personally presented each dish and served the flavored risotto right in the center of the hall, giving it with a smoked eel and hazelnuts from Piedmont.
In addition to the mandatory 5-course of the culinary evening, Marco prepared a surprise for the dinner completion – the assortment (tutti frutti) of the famous Italian homemade desserts following a recipe of his grandmother.
