George Sharuev presented the culinary set with black and white truffles. Chef hanged out a lot with the guests, and in tandem with Michael Don rubbed fresh truffles in dishes with special graters right in the room.

Among the dinner dishes it was difficult to identify any one because each supply was accompanied by enthusiastic compliments of guests addressed the masterchef, and flashes of numerous cameras. Gentle quenelles of three kinds of cheese under the foam of Parmesan cheese with black truffle were replaced by cream soup of celery and different varieties of onions with foie-gras and white truffle, followed by fillet of beef with tartufi sauce, baked in dough until crisp, in other words – Beef Wellington to a recipe of Michael Don. Dessert with vanilla cream, marinated figs and white truffle from Livade was a fitting end of the dinner.
